December 29, 2009 Special Meeting

Members Present: Aldermen Deward Junior Barnes, Sheri Flynn, Joseph McNeil

and Tim Bogy, Mayor Alice Black and Recorder-Treasurer Robert Blessing. Aldermen Mark Caviness and Cleveland Hatch were absent.

PURPOSE: The purpose of the special meeting was to discuss the 2010 operating budget for the City of Humphrey.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Alice Black.

Mayor Alice Black, Recorder-Treasurer Robert Blessing and the aldermen present discussed the proposed 2010 operating budget. It was decided to table any further action on the budget until the next budget meeting, Monday, January 11, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. at city hall.

A motion was made by Deward Junior Barnes and seconded by Sheri Flynn to adjourn the meeting. All vote aye. Motion carried.

Being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
